I came back to a piece I had written many years ago, returning from Brazil. I had never recorded it, but I had played it live. I needed to be completely confident about it. I revisited it, keeping some things and re-editing most parts. I made the title track out of it. The piece, especially the final part, conveys the joy of being carried by trade winds.
